Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

TL;DR: You’ve got 30 days from delivery to start a return. Keep it unworn, unwashed, with tags, in the original packaging, and we’ll make it right.


How returns work (aka “mulligans”)

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be sent back in the same condition you got them: unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Please don’t send anything back without contacting us first—unsolicited returns can’t be accepted.

Damages & issues

Open your package, give it a look, and if anything’s off—defective, damaged, or not what you ordered—email us right away at hello@golferish.com. We’ll evaluate and make it right, no sand traps.


What can’t be returned

Some items are non-returnable:

  • Custom/personalized products or special orders

  • Gift cards

  • Perishables, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases (not our vibe anyway)

Sale items are also final sale.

If you’re unsure, ask us first. We’ll give you a straight answer.


Exchanges

Fastest path to the right gear:

  1. Start a return for the item you have.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the item you want.
    No waiting around while your size sells out.


EU customers: 14-day cooling-off period

If your order ships into the European Union, you’ve got 14 days to cancel or return for any reason. Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase. Same email: hello@golferish.com


Refunds

Once your return lands and passes inspection, we’ll confirm approval and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer might take a bit longer to post it (they play their own pace).

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved, email hello@golferish.com and we’ll chase it down.
